When your system reboot into command prompt, enter the following commands to create a new account for your Windows 10. Instead of pressing 4, this time you have to press 6 to enter Safe Mode with Command Prompt. To access command prompt, we will need to boot into safe mode with command prompt.įollow the steps above to open the Startup Settings screen. Since we can’t access to Windows 10 in the first place, we will have to add the new account using command prompt. You can also try to add another account for your Windows 10 and sign in to that account instead.
